We maintain a very comfortable water temperature of 30°C all year round, so you can dive with very little exposure protection. Our experiences are generally available for bookings at least 1-2 days in advance. This is to avoid any unforeseen schedule changes and overbooking, and to ensure availability. We respond every day during working hours between 9am and 6pm (Dubai time) and we will do our best to assist.

You should plan to spend between 2 to 3 hours (depending on the package you choose) from the time you check in to when you complete your dive experience.
In-water time is around 40-50 minutes (depending on depth, gas consumption, etc.).
Our Snorkelling experience lasts one hour.
We advise to arrive at least 15-20 minutes in advance to allow enough time for the check-in process.
We are happy to reschedule up to five days before a given experience. Beyond this time frame, a reschedule fee will be applied, based upon the nature of the experience and the proximity of the experience selected.

Standard packages do not include videos, but these can be purchased as add-ons. Premium and Platinum packages already include videos.

Our Standard Packages include your dive experience, an expert guide, and all required dive gear. An edited video can be purchased separately. It all depends on your experience. Non-certified divers are allowed to dive to 12m. For a certified diver, the depth will be determined by your certification level.
We normally group divers in teams of two or maximum three, but if you want an exclusive diving experience with your own guide, we suggest you book a private experience.

For your own safety, we do not recommend that you go up the Burj Khalifa, after diving. After any (single) recreational dive, it is recommended to wait 12 hours before ascending higher than 300m/1000ft.

If you are a certified diver, you can bring your GoPro camera.
If you are not a certified diver, dive training standards for Scuba Diving for non-certified people prevent divers from holding a camera or similar accessory while diving.
We provide all required dive gear as part of your entry fee. However you can bring your regulator set, personal mask, and camera (if certified). Bringing a wetsuit or BC is not allowed for scuba diving experiences due to risk of contamination.
Children as young as six are welcome to enjoy snorkelling at our facility. For diving experiences, participants can start from the age of 10.
The minimum age for our experiences:
- Snorkelling – 6 years
- Scuba for kids/Kids Freediving – 8-9 years
- Scuba Diving for non-certified people – 10 years
- Freediving for non-certified people – 13 years
There is no maximum age. Anybody who is fit and healthy can dive. However, we recommend that individuals over the age of 50 obtain a doctor's approval before diving.
Most individuals with a normal fitness level and good cardiovascular health can safely dive.

Admission fees are based on an hour-long experience in the water. Divers interested in extending their bottom time or doing additional dives may register for more diving experiences. Assuming you have multiple spots reserved, you dive as many times as you want, provided you stay within the decompression limits specified by your dive table or dive computer.
Yes, all divers will be accompanied by professional dive guides that will show them around and make sure they do not miss any of the exciting features and details of the sunken city.
Yes, shallow dives (0-30m) will be conducted on nitrox 32 (oxygen-enriched air) and all dives deeper than 30m will be done on mixtures containing helium (triox or trimix). Courses in diving with these gasses will be available.

To maintain the highest water quality and safety standards for all our divers, we allow only a select range of external equipment. This helps prevent the introduction of contaminants that could compromise water quality and your personal safety. Yes, you can wear contact lenses while diving. If you are unable to use contact lenses, then we recommend contacting us in advance to arrange a prescription mask for you.
There are no weight restrictions to take part in our experiences at Deep Dive Dubai. However, if you do have a health-related issue that affects your weight, you would would require a fit-to-dive medical certification from your physician, and complete a pre-dive medical liability form.
